My poor blog has been left alone for a long time, Instagram seems to get more of my time and attention.

I feel quite happy to be in this season, the freshness of plants and flowers and lovely fickle weather.

I adore when two seasons mingle

the liminal space  they create.

There is a quality to life,

the air, soil and spirit of these times 

is unique medicine for ones spirit.

Pause breathe and enjoy.
